Alan Cosner has been involved in law for over 30 years. He has an accounting degree from Bucknell University, a law degree from Seton Hall University, and a Masters of Law degree from NYU. He is admitted to the NJ and Federal Bars. Mr. Cosner formerly worked as an accountant and an IRS agent. He is a member of the New Jersey and the Middlesex County Bar Associations and the American Arbitration Association.

Staci Cosner graduated from Cornell University with a bachelors degree in Economics and, thereafter, received a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School. Formerly, she was an associate with Skadden Arps in New York City. Staci is admitted to practice in both NJ and NY. She is a member of the New Jersey, New York, American and Middlesex County Bar Associations, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the National Association of Immigration Attorneys.

Russell J. Huegel is an associate with our firm, who received a BA Degree from Stockton College and a Juris Doctor Degree from Pace University.  Mr. Huegel was a staff attorney at the Trust Department of Morgan Stanley.  He was also a former Municipal Prosecutor for Passaic and Secaucus.
