Our attorneys
The law firm of Cosner Cosner & Youngelson offers experienced attorneys and a solid reputation. Our attorneys' educational and unique backgrounds distinguish us from other law firms. Prior to founding the firm, attorney Alan Cosner worked as an accountant and an IRS agent. He has a J.D. from Seton Hall and a masters degree in Tax from New York University. Elder law and family attorney Staci Cosner graduated from Cornell University and thereafter received a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School. She is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York. Attorney Marc D. Youngelson graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and received a J.D. from New York University School of Law. He is an experienced trial attorney and is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York courts.

Our fees
We offer clients several fee structures to meet their needs. We usually bill on an hourly basis in matters involving divorce and family law, elder law, estate planning, and most commercial litigation. In personal injury matters, our fees are contingent on recovering compensation. This enables a client to move ahead with a lawsuit without risk of large legal expenses. Flat fees can be charged for routine transactions where the time to be spent is predictable.
